Currently, we do not offer refunds on Art Boxes unless there is damage or fault with the materials inside
Our creations are made-to-order, individually handcrafted to reflect the distinct vision of each client. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if your piece arrives with a technical fault or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’re happy to discuss a possible exchange or resolution.
