Meet Our Founder
ABSTRACTTARAN began not as a business, but as a personal journey of expression.
Founded in London in 2023 by artist Taran Mathur, the brand grew from a simple belief that creativity has the power to heal, to calm the mind, and to ignite something deeply human within us. From an early age, Taran found in art what many search for their whole lives: a language beyond words. As his work evolved, it travelled from private homes to exhibitions, across borders and cultures. Yet its purpose remained unchanged: to inspire people.
But along the way came a realisation.
Art should not be distant. It should not sit only behind gallery glass or feel reserved for a chosen few. Art belongs to everyone. And when people reconnect with creativity, something extraordinary happens: they feel, they grow, they rediscover themselves.
Every artwork by Taran is created with intention — to stir emotion, to bring energy to a space, to become part of a story. Private commissions are available worldwide.
Weekly creative sessions that offer more than technique. These classes are a pause in a noisy world. A moment of calm, joy and self-discovery through expressive abstract art. No experience needed. Just curiosity.
